‘That moment with Linh Dang’  is a podcast collecting moments and sharing knowledge that shape identity, expand consciousness and change course of life of an individual. It seeks to connect people together, enable healing and expansion of self-awareness through each shared moments from guest speakers and from my personal research and experiences. 

I belief understanding is power. It’s my hope that you get to recognize different aspects about yourself and your situation after listening to each episode. But understand alone is not enough, you need the courage to be vulnerable, to open your heart, to express your truth and tell your untold stories because that is how you reconnect to your highest self, to build trust with yourself and eventually evolve to be an authentic and conscious being.
